The goals for this project were to create Instagram posts that could accompany resources empowering people to vote, hint at election stakes in a positive way, and amp people up about voting.
Research shows that people are more likely to vote when they see voting as a social statement and as something everybody is doing, whereas warnings of low voter turnout actually discourage them from voting.
